Grant has been playing with me all over the US and Europe for the last 12 years. If anyone would know his musical and personal weak spots, it’d be me. So far, there aren’t any. There’s hundreds of great electric guitarists out there (maybe more), and it’s hard to tell most of them from somebody else who works in the same style and with more or less the same tools. But Grant is his own man, with his own voice — he’s a deep and extraordinary player.

He is a gifted guitar player with a unique voice. Rarely has whammy bar technique been used so musically. This technique has resulted in many people using Grant’s standard guitar playing instead of a pedal steel player or lap steel. Close your eyes, listen, there is no difference.
Grant is equally comfortable in country, rock, blues, alternative, pop, & folk music. His authentic tones & phrasing make him perfect for eclectic recording sessions requiring influences from all these styles.
Grant is also a master with tone shaping & efx processing. All guitar/amp combinations & processing pedals are in his road cases and are used with creativity and taste.
